How to Make Easy Wonton Soup using Gyoza Wrappers

Perfect for busy days or as a late-night snack, this soup comes together with just a few ingredients in no time at all.

🧂【Ingredients】
・Bean sprouts … 80g to 100g
・Gyoza wrappers … 5 to 7 sheets
・Chives (Nira) … 20g
・Water … 800ml
・Chicken stock powder … 4 to 5 tsp
・Salt … 1/2 tsp
・Sake (Japanese rice wine) … 1 tsp
・Toasted sesame seeds … Add to your liking
・Sesame oil … 1/2 tsp (Add to your liking)
・Black pepper … Add to your liking

🍳【Instructions】
・Cut the chives into easy-to-eat lengths.
・Cut the gyoza wrappers in half.
・Add water and bean sprouts to a pot and bring to a boil.
・Once boiling, add the chives and gyoza wrappers. Add the wrappers one by one to prevent them from sticking together.
・Add the chicken stock powder, salt, and sake, and simmer gently.
・After turning off the heat, add the toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, and black pepper, and mix together.
・Serve in a bowl, and it’s ready!
