🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・200g Thinly Sliced Pork
・1 tbsp Cooking Sake (for boiling the pork)

🥬 Garnish Vegetables
For this recipe, I used daikon radish sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce. Feel free to use any vegetables you like!

🫙 Sauce Ingredients
・2 tbsp Ponzu Sauce (Japanese citrus-based soy sauce)
・1 tbsp Sesame Oil
・1-2 tsp Lemon Juice (adjust to your liking)
・1 tsp Sugar
・Toasted White Sesame Seeds, to taste
・A small amount of Grated Garlic (garlic paste is also okay)

🍳 Instructions
・In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
・Bring water to a boil in a pot.
・Once the water is boiling, add the cooking sake and cook the pork slices. Remove them from the pot once their color changes.
・Place the cooked pork in ice water to cool it down, then drain thoroughly.
・In a bowl, add the drained pork and the sauce, and toss to combine.
・Arrange on a plate, and it’s ready to serve!
